About

Intel Corporation Pension Plans are a collection of retirement plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans, managed by Intel Corporation on behalf of its employees. The plans are organized in a master trust with accounts holding investments, and various plans holding shares of the accounts. The accounts include the Global Bond Fund, International Stock Fund, US Large Cap Fund, US Small Cap Fund, Emerging Markets Fund, Diversified Real Assets Fund (formerly Commodities Fund), Alternative Investments Fund, Defense Oriented Hedge Fund (formerly Hedge Fund), and the Stable Value Fund. The remaining four accounts were included only in 2015, namely the Treasury Inflation Protected Securities Fund, Global Equity Fund, Opportunistic Bond Fund, and Growth Oriented Hedge Fund. As of 2019, the plan ceased to exist and the assets of the plan were transferred into three different plans: Intel Retirement Contribution Plan, Intel Minimum Pension Plan, and Intel 401(k) Savings Plan. Intel Corporation, founded in July 1968, is a technology company. Its headquarters is located in Santa Clara, California, US.
