As of Q1 2014, Mirelis InvesTrust & Atlas Capital announced their association and pending merger. The agreements were approved by the regulatory authorities and the closing took place in Geneva on January 17, 201 In March 2015, Mirelis InvesTrust acquired Hyposwiss Private Bank Genève SA.
