Golden Alpha is a single-family office based in Singapore. The firm represents the Sohmen family and serves as the investment team for part of the family’s investment activities. The Sohmen family established BW Group, a maritime company founded in 1995 that operates across shipping, floating infrastructure, deepwater oil & gas production, and new sustainable technologies. Golden Alpha oversees both private and public investments, deploying capital through direct investments as well as external fund managers.
