It was the result of the merger between Gadd & Cie, an independent asset management company founded in 1989, and Infinum Partners, a multi-family office incorporated in 2006. As of 1st January 2022, the wealth management activities of Gadd Wealth Management were acquired by <a href="https://pro.preqin.com/investor/479212">Auris Wealth Management. </a>
