Eastern Atlantic States Carpenters Pension Fund is a defined benefit pension program created under an Agreement and Declaration of Trust. It stems from collective bargaining agreements between the Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters (the "Council") and numerous employers and employer associations operating within the construction industry across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. As of December 31, 2022, the Northeast Carpenters Pension Fund (referred to as the "Northeast Fund") and the Pension Plan of the Carpenters Benefit Funds of Philadelphia and Vicinity (known as the "Staff Plan") were consolidated into the Plan.
