Founded in 1997, Discovery Capital Management was a New York-based multi-strategy hedge fund manager utilizing equity long/short portfolios with a select group of emerging managers. Its structure and real-time performance monitoring provided investors with investment transparency, liquidity, and control. The firm organized the portfolio with the objective to be profitable across a broad spectrum of markets. Its management team was the fund’s largest investor and is comprised of experts in proprietary trading. The firm closed in 2021.
