Since the inception in 2015, DCL Investments has been focusing on distressed asset investment opportunities, which are emerging against the background of economic transition and industrial transformation. The firm's investment strategies include, but not limited to: non-performing loans (NPLs), distressed real asset restructuring, and distressed corporate restructuring. DCL Investments currently manages several RMB and USD funds. It focuses on distressed asset investment that is largely committed by institutional investors such as insurance companies, state-owned investment platforms, FOFs and university endowments in China RMB market. Over the past few years, DCL Investments built up an asset operation and management platform that covers different kinds of distressed asset investment strategies. The firm also developed a system for deal sourcing, valuation, and post-investment management. It is moving towards the marketization, platformization and systematization of distressed asset investment in China. DCL Investments' management team contains people with diverse backgrounds, ranging from PE funds, investment banks, commercial banks to AMCs. Its core investment team has an average of more than 15 years of related experience that brings in industry resources and practical experiences.
