CRH Americas Pension Plan was previously known as Oldcastle, Inc. Defined Benefit Pension Plan. It is a retirement income plan that provides pension plans and benefit programs for all employees that are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement of Callanan Industries Inc., Dolomite Products Company, Pennsy Supply Inc., Roads Paving Inc., Tilcon Inc, American Stone-Mix Inc, and employees represented by Laborers International Union of North America and its Local 471, AFL-CIO. It is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2018, the Lyman-Richey Corporation Employees Restated Retirement Plan, the Ash Grove Materials Retirement Plan, the Ash Grove Salaried Retirement Plan, and the Ash Grove Wage Retirement Plan merged with the pension plan. CRH Americas Inc. manufactures building products and materials in North America.
