Constellation Retirement Program is a noncontributory defined-benefit plan that covers eligible employees of Constellation Energy Corporation, certain subsidiaries of Exelon Corporation, and former employees of Exelon and its subsidiaries. This private-sector pension plan provides retirement, disability, and death benefits to its participants and is based in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Constellation Energy Corporation is a Maryland-based energy company supplying electricity and natural gas across the United States. Originally formed in 1999 as Constellation Energy Group, it later merged with Exelon Corporation in 2012 before being spun off as an independent, publicly traded company in 2022.
