CW Advisors is a US-based Wealth manager and registered investment advisor. It provides investment advisory services to its clients on a discretionary and non-discretionary basis. Its services include financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, portfolio management, family office and wealth management. The firm advises individuals, with high net worth individuals and families, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, pension and profit-sharing plans, corporations, and other business entities. In January 2021, Congress Wealth Management was acquired by CI Investments. This wealth manager offers portfolio management services to its clients across a wide variety of investments, including mutual funds, segregated funds, asset allocation programs, structured products, and other alternative investments. In August 2024, CW Advisors acquired Agili, a US-based RIA that offers financial planning and investment management services on both a discretionary and non-discretionary basis. In February 2025, CW Advisors acquired Fernwood Investment Management, LLC. In May 2025, CW Advisors acquired Wolf Group Capital Advisors. In Q2 2025, CW Advisors was acquired by Osaic Wealth, a Scottsdale-based wealth manager but the firm still operates as an independent RIA.
