About

Cohen & Steers is a U.S.-based fund-of-funds manager that makes real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources investments. The firm’s real estate arm focuses on value-add, opportunistic, and fund-of-funds strategies, investing in diversified properties through U.S. and non-U.S. listed real estate companies, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), globally particularly across the United States, Canada, Asia, and Europe. The infrastructure and natural resources arm invests globally—particularly across North America and the emerging markets—by allocating to U.S. and non-U.S. equity securities in utilities, pipelines, toll roads, airports, railroads, marine ports, and telecommunications. The natural resources arm also invests across midstream energy, natural gas, crude oil, metals and mining, precious metals, refined petroleum products, coal, and other energy-related resources.
