About

China International Capital Corporation (CICC) is an investment bank headquartered in Beijing. It was founded as a strategic partnership among Chinese and international financial institutions. As China's first joint venture investment bank, CICC provides investment banking, capital markets, institutional and individual securities sales and trading, fixed income, asset management, private equity and market research services to both institutional and individual clients. The Chinese institution is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has opened a wholly owned local subsidiary "China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Asset Management" in 2005.
