About

CH Warman Group is a corporate investor based in Australia. The firm an Australian engineering company, prominent in the mining industry with experience in early-stage investments. CH Warman Group was founded by Australian mining engineer and entrepreneur, Dr Charles Warman, who was responsible for inventing the Warman Slurry Pump. In 1999, its international pump business was purchased by Weir Group. Weir Group completed its takeover of CH Warman Group’s pump business in 2008 by acquiring CH Warman Pump Group, with CH Warman Group continuing its operation as a separate entity from Weir Group following the sale. Charles Warman Foundation undertakes the philanthropic activities of the CH Warman Group.
