CDIB Capital International is the overseas investing arm of China Development Financial. It primarily oversees the group's capital investment and asset management activities. The Hong Kong-based institution also services a spectrum of clients, ranging from high-net-worth individuals to pension funds. It also has offices in Shanghai, Seoul, Taipei, and New York. CDIB Capital International's parent company, China Development Financial (CDF), is a Taiwanese financial institution specializing in the capital market and investment banking sectors.
