Secondly, through BDC Institutional Services which offers alternative investment asset servicing and technology solutions. Formerly known as BDirect Capital, BDC Financial institutional ownership includes: Old Mutual PLC and Frank Russell Company. BDC Asset Management institutional ownership includes State Street Global Alliance, a joint venture between State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) and APG - All Pensions Group, formerly known as ABP Investments.
