About

BAML Global Principal Investments is the capital investment division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch tasked with the aim of generating returns and enhancing strategic growth opportunities. It has three main subdivisions: BAML Capital Partners, BAML Global Strategic Capital, and BAML Real Estate Principle Investments. The Global Strategic Capital division makes hedge fund investments which are a strategic priority for Bank of America, along with the origination, structuring, and execution of direct fund investments. It also makes private equity fund investments through its dedicated funds of funds, BAML Capital Access Funds with a focus on underserved markets in the United States.
