About

Aurica Capital is a Spanish private equity fund management company based in Barcelona which was created in 2015, spinning out from Banco Sabadell. In the first quarter of 2021, the Management’s team acquired a majority stakeholding of Aurica Capital, becoming bank-independent. This was completed up to 100% stake in 2022. Aurica III (2017), was the first independent fund has a current DPI 2.25x and TVPI of 2.60x. Aurica Capital did last closing of Aurica IV with at EUR 210 million to continue investing in controlling interests in Iberian mid-market companies to enhance their growth. Aurica Capital also manages Aurica Search Fund I (ASF I) with a global investment profile aimed to back searchers in their buyout acquisitions. ASF I stands with €35m already committed and expects to reach €40m in June. All funds are article 8 SFDR with 5 stars in PRI reportings, check their sustainability annual reports on their website.
