About

AT&T Pension Fund is a collection of non-contributory defined benefit pension plans and contributory plans that cover the majority of AT&T’s US employees. In 2007, the corporate pension plans of AT&T, Bellsouth Communications, and SBC Communications were merged into one pension plan. This was followed by the acquisition of Bellsouth by AT&T in 2006. It also has cash balance pension plans which management employees of former ATTC, BellSouth, and AT&T Mobility participate in. AT&T is an American multinational telecommunications company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It provides data, Internet, and managed services for the public and private sectors, as well as outsourcing and consulting to large businesses and governments.
