ARIS Capital Management was established in 2003 and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment advisor under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The firm specializes in absolute return multi-strategy with the objective to achieve superior absolute returns while minimizing downside risk. ARIS launched its flagship fund of hedge funds vehicle in 2004.
