Aramco U.S. Retirement Income Plan, formerly known as the Retirement Income Plan of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company, is a single-employer defined benefit plan located in Houston, Texas. The private sector pension fund provides retirement benefits to all salaried employees who are on any U.S. payroll of the Aramco Shared Benefits Company (ASBCO) and its participating associated companies. Aramco Shared Benefits Company (ASBCO) administers employee benefits and programs designed to support employees and their families. Prior to April 1, 2020, the plan was sponsored by the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco).
