Alberta Teachers' Retirement Fund (ATRF) is an independent corporation governed by the Teachers’ Pension Plans Act. ATRF is the trustee, administrator, and custodian of the assets of the Teachers' Pension Plan for all Alberta teachers employed in school jurisdictions and charter schools. The plans are sponsored by the Alberta Government and the plan members, who are represented by The Alberta Teachers' Association.
