About
ACG Capital was an independent management company accredited by the AMF (French Financial Market Authority). It was primarily dedicated to private equity, offering institutional investors primary and secondary funds, as well as direct mezzanine funds.
In Q1 2013, ACG Capital acquired Groupama Private Equity and took control of the private equity investments of Groupama on the completion of the deal, including the Quartillium fund of funds arm.
In Q2 2018, ACG Capital was acquired by Oddo, becoming part of Oddo BHF Private Equity.
