Waverton Investment Management is a distinguished investment management firm. Established in 1986 as J.O. Hambro Investment Management by Richard Hambro, the firm specializes in providing portfolio management, advisory services, and investment funds to private clients, trusts, charities, and institutions. In 2001, the firm was acquired by Credit Suisse and subsequently sold to Somers Limited in 2013, undergoing a rebranding to Waverton Investment Management. In 2019, Waverton expanded its capabilities by acquiring Timothy James & Partners, a London-based independent financial planning and investment advisory business.In 2024, Waverton announces merger with UK wealth manager, London & Capital.
