Vicenda is a partner managed capital markets investor and advisor, specializing in private markets. The firms team has backgrounds across the areas of financial modeling, law, tax, and transaction structuring. Vicenda offers tailor-made advice and capital market solutions across both debt and equity as well as attractive investment opportunities within private credit and alternative assets. The team of 18 professionals are dedicated to analyzing, structuring, and placing single transactions with a DCM-style approach. In 2017, they co-founded Daneo Partners, a Private Debt joint venture, and currently manage EUR 500m across four different vehicles. In 2022, they successfully launched their own fund, VICENDA Debt Opportunities SCA (SICAV-RAIF), which now manages EUR 115m.
