Founded in October 2008, Verition Fund Management (Verition) is a Connecticut-based hedge fund manager. It manages a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund focused on global investment strategies including credit, fixed income and macro, convertibles and volatility arbitrage, event driven, equity long/short and capital markets trading, and quantitative strategies.
