Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of Van Lanschot Kempen N.V., an independent wealth manager with an almost 300-year heritage, the oldest independent Dutch financial institution and a company listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange. Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management is the investment engine for the group, and traces its origins to 1991, when Kempen Capital Management was established as a subsidiary of Kempen & Co. In 2007, Kempen & Co was acquired by the Van Lanschot group, leading to the subsequent integration and rebranding of the investment management activities. Today, Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management manages assets across various investment strategies and fiduciary management services for institutional and wholesale clients. The firm operates offices in Amsterdam, London and Paris.
