Established in 2010, U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors is a Texas-based hedge fund manager. USCA Asset Management LLC (“USCA”) was formed in 2008 under the laws of the State of Texas. USCA was acquired by the U.S. Capital Advisors, LLC in 2010. Previously known as U.S. Capital Advisors, the firm merged with Legacy One in 2021 to become U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors,
