TH Lee Putnam Ventures is an affiliate of Thomas H. Lee Partners and Putnam Investments. TH Lee Putnam Ventures provides development capital to mid-to-late stage companies, primarily those commercialising digital information technologies in certain vertical markets where they are able to leverage the unique resources, relationships and investment team. In addition to later-stage venture companies, the firm also considers public entities, middle market buyouts, recapitalizations, and spinouts of corporate divisions. The firm typically invests in Eastern US-based companies with rapidly growing revenue in areas such as financial services, consumer supply chain and retail application software, real estate, construction, media and communications.
