Tembo Capital is a London-based private equity firm investing in private and publicly listed securities across the mining sector, including mining-related infrastructure, services, and technology companies. The Fund’s investment objective is to generate long-term capital gains by acquiring, holding, and realising investments in the global mining sector. Investments may include private and publicly listed equity, quasi-equity instruments such as convertible debt and equity derivatives, and where appropriate debt and quasi-debt instruments. Target opportunities encompass exploration projects, near-term production assets, operating mines, royalties, mining-related infrastructure, and technologies or services supporting the metals and mining industry.
