Established in January 1990, Teewinot Capital Advisers (Teewinot) is a New York-based hedge fund manager founded by Michael Moriarty, who has more than 35 years of investing experience and is one of the investors in the funds managed by the firm. The firm manages the Teewinot Vista Fund, which employs a value-oriented, concentrated, global equity strategy that takes a contrarian approach, seeking to invest in companies it believes the market is mispricing relative to their intrinsic value and organic growth potential.
