TD Asset Management (TDAM) provides asset management services to individuals and high net worth individuals. The firm also works with governments, group RRSPs, pension funds, corporations, charitable organizations, small and medium-sized businesses, institutions, endowments, and foundations. TDAM offers a diverse range of investment solutions including mutual funds, separate client-focused managed portfolios, and corporate class funds. TDAM's private debt portfolio is a diversified mix of including secured and un-secured corporate issues, infrastructure, power, hospitals, utilities, municipalities and schools, credit tenant leases, mortgage bonds, and asset-backed loans as well as publicly issued public-private partnerships (“P3 debt”). The firm also has exposure to publicly issued investment grade corporate and government debt in order to facilitate liquidity.
