Established in 1997, Tactical Global Management (TGM) was a Brisbane-based hedge fund manager. It provided tailored investment solutions for clients using exchange-traded futures, options, swaps, and forward foreign exchange contracts. The firm had extensive experience in managing investment programs for institutional clients globally including pension funds, insurance companies, fund managers, endowments, and charities. Its investment solutions ranged across re-balancing and overlay services, alpha and global macro products, and low volatility strategies. TGM also supported sustainable impact investing opportunities. Its focus was on projects that supported the building blocks of sustainable economic growth such as peace and stability, education and health, and reliable sustainable energy for communities in Australia and in poorer developing countries. As of Q4 2019, TGM no longer manages hedge funds.
