SVG Capital

SVG Capital was a listed private equity vehicle offering investors a liquid, balanced, single point exposure to private equity and private equity related assets, allocating capital across the asset class dependent on market conditions. SVG Capital's portfolio consisted of a select number of leading private equity managers focused on management buyouts. The Company had commitments to six leading private equity managers: Cinven; Permira; Clayton Dubilier & Rice; CCMP Capital; FFL and AEA Investors. As of October 2016, SVG Capital sold its entire fund portfolio to HarbourVest Partners and was in the process of winding up its investments activities.
