About

Founded in 2005, Securis Investment Partners is a specialist asset manager focused exclusively on Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS). Securis manages a range of ILS funds and managed accounts across both non-life and life insurance instruments. Securis combines segment-specific expertise with proprietary technology to support risk selection, portfolio construction, and investment strategy development, incorporating scientific approaches to climate and catastrophe risk. On 14 February 2025, Securis Investment Partners merged with Twelve Capital, resulting in the formation of Twelve Securis Holding AG, an independent ILS asset manager with offices in Zurich, London, Munich, Tokyo, and Bermuda. Under the new structure, Securis Investment Partners continues to serve as the investment manager for Securis funds. In February 2025, the acquisition of Securis by Twelve Capital (now called Twelve Securis) was completed. All Securis funds were moved across to the Twelve Securis profile.
