RoundShield is the European credit and tactical opportunities arm of Harrison Street Asset Management, a leading global investment manager with more than $100 billion in assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, and credit strategies in North America and Europe. RoundShield invests across the capital structure into European asset-backed opportunities and specializes in providing private capital solutions across real estate, infrastructure, hard asset and financial asset markets. RoundShield manages approximately USD 5 billion of discretionary capital on behalf of pension funds, endowments, foundations, and other institutional investors. RoundShield’s investment strategies prioritize opportunities with strong underlying fundamental value, driven by its diverse network of long-standing relationships across a wide range of sectors, and an in-depth understanding of western European market dynamics. RoundShield has a team of ~70 professionals with extensive portfolio management, restructuring and investment experience working across its offices.
