Founded in 2013, Rosen Capital Advisors is a hedge fund manager based in California. It utilizes various strategies to exploit mispriced options and is dedicated to producing absolute returns regardless of the market environment. The firm employs real-time delta-hedging techniques to maintain a market-neutral portfolio. In 2008, Rosen Capital ceased all trading operations when substantially all of its accounts were improperly liquidated by its prime broker between October 6, 2008, and October 10, 2008. Kyle Rosen organized the funds in April 2013 following a successful arbitration against the prime broker which became final in February 2013, at which time the firm was renamed Rosen Capital Advisors after it was initially established in 1999 as Rosen Capital Management.
