Rialto is an institutional investment and asset manager specializing in control-oriented commercial real estate credit strategies across CMBS, loan purchases, and senior direct lending. The firm invests primarily through: i) a series of opportunistic closed-end CRE credit funds, ii) an evergreen fund focused on liquid, primarily investment-grade bonds issued by CMBS trusts, and iii) a mortgage REIT for which Rialto serves as sub-advisor, focused on originating senior floating-rate loans secured by U.S. commercial properties. Rialto’s strategies are designed to capitalize on complex and dislocated CRE credit markets, where pricing diverges from underlying asset value and where active credit management can materially influence outcomes.
