Reverta, formerly known as Parex Banka, was a Latvia-based real estate firm, specializing in the acquisition, redevelopment, development and debt financing of real estate assets, as well as the management of private real estate funds. Established in 2012, it focused on opportunities in commercial, land and multi-family properties across Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Ukraine. Reverta came into effect as a brand in 2012, after the largest bank in Latvia, Parex Banka, was affected by the global financial crisis of 2008 resulting in its restructuring in 2010.
