Rcube Asset Management

Established in Q3 of 2013, Rcube Asset Management (Rcube) is a Paris, France-based hedge fund manager. The firm provides global macro research and investment strategy recommendations to a diversified international customer base including the largest global macro hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers, family offices, and private banks. Rcube Asset Management, an AMF-regulated investment management company, was created in July 2013 in partnership with Mr. Albert D Friedberg, a prominent Toronto-based Global Macro Manager. The Rcube Global Macro Fund (UCITS) - seeded by Emergence, a French government-backed seeding platform, continues the macro portfolio strategy in an actual fund. In September 2013, the firm also started managing a systematic trading strategy based on Machine Learning. This strategy (called the Systematic Alpha Program) was initially implemented as a sub-portfolio in Rcube’s Global Macro fund. The strategy was launched in a standalone fund - Rcube Systematic Alpha Fund - in May 2015.
