The firm is a research-focused, catalyst-driven investment firm that seeks to earn superior risk-adjusted returns uncorrelated to the broader market. It employs fundamental and/or technical analysis as the primary methods for analyzing securities to achieve the clients investment objectives and goals. The investment's objective is to seeks to achieve capital appreciation by investing in and trading in securities and engaging in all activities and transactions as it deems necessary or advisable in connection therewith, including, without limitation: to invest in, hold, sell, sell short, trade and otherwise deal in securities consisting principally, but not solely of, equity and equity-related securities that are traded in domestic and foreign markets.
