Founded in 2007 by the former World Bank CIO Mark Spindel, Potomac River Capital (PRC) was a discretionary global macro registered investment adviser that focused on understanding and monetizing central bank/finance ministry and legislative policy with an experienced background in major interest rate and currency markets, particularly the United States, Europe and Japan. PRC, which had been headquartered in Washington, offered both commingled funds and segregated managed accounts.
