P3 Logistic Parks, formerly known as PointPark Properties, is a Czech Republic-based real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, development and redevelopment of real estate assets and the management of private real estate funds. Established in 2001, the firm focuses on opportunities in land development sites, logistic and warehouse properties across selected countries of Central and Eastern Europe. On 2008, Arcapita Industrial Management, the logistics real estate investment arm of Arcapita Bank, acquired P3 Logistic Parks. On November 2016, Singaporean sovereign wealth fund, Government Investment Corporation (GIC) acquired PointPark Properties (P3).
