Established in 2000, Orion Partners is an alternative investment firm based in Hong Kong, with offices in Singapore, Japan and South Korea. The firm manages private real estate vehicles on behalf of its investors, including pension funds, institutional and individual investors from Europe, Asia, Middle East and North America. Orion Partners specialises in value added and core-plus property assets including, commercial, industrial, residential and retail properties across China, Japan and South Korea. The firm also seeks to invest in redevelopment projects and in assets that are income producing. Previously known as Ajia Partners Holdings, the firm underwent a rebranding exercise in January 2012 to become Orion Partners as a reflection of its aspirations of being a globally-recognised and trusted advisor. Ajia Partners Holdings was formed in 2010 following an internal reorganisation of Ajia Partners into two main groups, Ajia Partners Holdings and AP Capital. In January 2016, BNP Paribas Capital Partners acquired a 24.9% interest in Orion Partners. In February 2019, Aberdeen Standard Investments acquired 100% of the equity in Orion Partners.Read more ⏷
