OP Asset Management, part of the OP Financial Group, is a fund management firm and offers a broad range of asset management services, including discretionary portfolio management and consultative asset management. In addition to traditional asset classes, it also offers its customers hedge and real estate investments from an extensive selection of investment solutions. Its real estate arm, OP Real Estate Asset Management, specializes in the acquisition and management of real estate direct funds and funds of funds. It primarily focuses on value-added investments in residential and apartment property types across the Finnish property markets. The firm also invests in European real estate funds through its fund of funds vehicles. In 2021, the firm launched Finland's first evergreen infrastructure vehicle focusing on long-term infrastructure investments in power supply, heat production and distribution, renewable energy, transport, data communications, and water resources management. The firm invests in hedge funds through its fund of hedge fund vehicle, R2 Crystal.
