Novalpina Capital is a private equity firm co-founded by Stephen Peel, the former head of TPG's Europe office. Novalpina Capital primarily focuses on making control equity investments in middle-market companies operating in Europe. Novalpina will target European middle market companies with a particular focus on the DACH region, Benelux region, France, and the United Kingdom. The firm is no longer active as the founders were stripped of control of the fund in 2022.
