Northlight Capital Partners (“NCP”) is a US-based real estate credit fund manager focused exclusively on the middle market. NCP acquires first-lien secured real estate loan portfolios and originates high-yield structured notes into opportunistic situations. NCP is managed by five founding partners with more than 100 years of collective real estate investing experience. Several of these partners have worked together for nearly 25 years. Prior to NCP, the partners held senior roles at firms including GE Capital, Hillspoint Group, Bank of America, CS First Boston, and Black Diamond Capital Management. NCP is headquartered in Westport, CT with an office in Charlotte, NC.
