Noble Fund Management is an independent UK investment banking firm. The firm is a dedicated investment management business specialising in small and medium size UK companies. It has its own team and both advises on and manages investments for its predominantly institutional clients. In January 2010, Paul Jourdan and Douglas Lawson together with the team directly involved in the day-to-day running of Noble AIM VCT and the CF Noble UK Smaller Companies Fund, completed the acquisition of Noble Fund Managers, which was subsequently renamed Amati Global Investors. Noble Fund Management no longer exists as a private equity entity after the buyout. The firm, Amati Global Investors is not a private equity investor but manages two VCTs, an OEIC and a systematic trend fund.
