NexPhase Capital is a thematically-driven, operationally-focused lower middle market private equity firm that makes control investments in growth-oriented businesses in the consumer, healthcare and software industry verticals. NexPhase is based in New York and was founded in 2016 by the former principals of Moelis Capital Partners. As part of the agreement, Nexphase continues to manage and operate the approximately $870 million of committed private equity capital in the Moelis Capital Management funds.
