MV Credit

MV Credit was a London-based private debt firm. The firm was an independently managed pan-European provider of credit financing solutions to leveraged buyout transactions, backed by reputable private equity sponsors. MV Credit focused predominantly on traditional mid-market LBO-sponsored companies located or headquartered in Western Europe across diversified sectors. The firm also focused on long-term buy-and-hold lending to cash-generative LBOs in non-cyclical sectors and stable Western European economies. In June 2018, the firm was acquired by Natixis Investment Managers and continued to operate as a fully autonomous affiliate until Sep 2024, at which point Clearlake capital announced their acquisition of MV Credit from Natixis.
