Founded in May 1986, Longfellow Investment Management ("LIM") was a Massachusetts-based independent, employee-owned hedge fund manager. The firm offered fixed income, absolute return, alternative, and U.S. & international equity strategies. It sought to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns within the framework of its clients' investment objectives. LIM offered a large array of customized solutions to meet specific needs and restrictions, including socially responsible investing (SRI); environmental, social & governance (ESG); tax-sensitive strategies; and sector-focused strategies. Its investment philosophy applied a rigorous, bottom-up approach to protect client assets from downside risk.
